Get my money from the sell I made in this website. ... How long will it take until I received my payment from a sell a made. I sold a cologne which was delivered Monday to the buyer. In my account it still says the item needs to be shipped and I don’t see any balance neither even thought buyer received the item already. Mercari send me an email rating my experience which I answer already. Another thing whenever I chose the shipping option i made a mistake and I chose for Mercari to send me a shipping label but I instead I never used the one Mercari send me I use my own instead. I call that to the help center and the guy there told to call back so Mercari won’t charge me for that shipping label since it was my first time using this website.
I wish I would receive payment as soon as buyer received the item.
Getting my money from the sell and not getting charge extra for the shipping label Mercari send me since I didn’t used it.
First time selling here. I expected the payment to be received quicker once I sold something.
