I purchase a Pandora Rose Gold Bracelet with charms on *-**-**. The seller and I negotiated a final price and I accepted her offer. She messaged me that day and told me she wouldn't be able to ship the item till Wednesday May **,**** and I said that was fine. She said because the shipping would be longer than the * day shipping window she worried Mercari would cancel the transaction. So I emailed Mercari and told them to please do not cancel. They said they would not cancel it. But lo and behold, I get a message today saying the seller cancelled the transaction. I want to know why. Did she cancel it after we had already made the transaction or did Mercari cancel it. Either way, I don't think that should be allowed. I would like an explanation. I wanted that bracelet.
GetHuman-kamatang did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
