You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Dear Mercari customer support,*I recently bought a pair of beats solo * from a seller named David*.j**, and I was upset after receiving the headphones broken in the left ear and falling down. Nowhere in the description did the seller mention the problems and once he shipped them he began to tell a little synopsis of the problems with the headphones but promised to have fixed them. I am very disappointed and the seller kept pushing for a rate and I am not satisfied with the order at all. I was hoping that I could get a refund or some other type of help after this awful service. I have sold and bought over *** items and never had an item of this quality. Very disappointed. If you could help me figure out my problem that would be amazing.
