I had to call to get any help. I was on the phone for an ubelievable lenth of time waiting for someone to answer. A Tip: Even if the recording tells you that your waiting time is up and tries to get you off the line, don't hang up. Keep waiting and it will put you back in the wait line. Only once did it actually hang up and disconnect me. So keep trying to call them back if that happens. Eventually you will get thru if you are patient. The staff was very nice and helpful once I was able to finally speak to someone. They solved the problem right away.
