I simply want to RATE a seller, excellent. However stuck in an ENDLESS LOOP, that requires me to sign in, sign in again, log in repeatedly, after already logged in & asking me if I am this individual. I select it & same thing over & over the stupid endless loop. I want to make SURE the person gets paid & should not have to jump through all these hoops. If I ever thought they wouldn't have been paid initially would have ordered elsewhere. I would never order from Mercari again because of this issue - too frustrating.

* more time? Really? Already filled out the survey so 'yes", I spoke with a rep, was taken care of. Gave the rep a * rating even though it took over ** minutes to reach a rep & was a lengthy, frustrating process to simply rate a seller to ensure they got paid. Gave Seller top rating as well through the rep, Mercari website issues are no fault of theirs. For that reason alone will steer clear of ordering from Mercari again. Would think when you make a payment, it's taken care of. Rating sellers is fine if your website worked properly. Already unsubscribed from Mercari.
