Hi, I am a seller and there was issues with sending out my packages. I sent out eight packages with priority mail boxes. That was the first issue I resolved. I used to send ALL of my packages with the free white boxes that the post office provided (about *** orders) with no problem. But I got a notification the day after shipping the packages and the mail man wrote me a letter that first class labels cannot be used with priority mail boxes. In that same hour, I went to staples, re packaged all of my packages and printed out the shipping labels all over again. So, all of my buyers were messaging me, but I was also giving them updates and messages about what was happening and they were completely understanding. So, the notification that they got when delivered stated that the packages delivered to my address. One of my buyers was having a hard time understanding the situation and I had to repeatedly explain the situation over and over again and it wasn't processing to her. So, she asked me for my phone number to send me pictures of the shipping labels and clarification so I gave her my phone number. Irritated at this point, I was still patient and I clarified everything for her AGAIN. What my question is, is using the old labels effective? Do they still work? I am worried I purchased ALL new boxes AND paid for shipping in order for them to give me a bad rating and for them to not get their packages. Has this happened before? I also tried calling customer service but I was on hold for ten minutes so the call ended. Please email me back, the last thing I want is for my account to be suspended and receive bad ratings. Thank you.
