Return the belt and recieve a full refund ... I recently purchased what I was told was an authentic Off White belt. I was assured many times that the belt I was buying was authentic, however upon arrival it was very easy to tell this was not the case. I requested a refund but didnt know I only had * days to get it shipped back out, had I known so I wouldve waited until the new ink for our printer came in. I am currently able to print a return lable and its only been * days, Im hoping theres a way we can figure something out. All I want is to return the belt and get my money back and hopefully make sure this seller doesnt scam anymore buyers claiming the belts hes selling are authentic. I use Mercari very often and wanted to give you guys another opportunity to help me out, if not I have already contacted my credit card company and they were already willing to refund the charges and I guess Id be keeping a belt I dont even want that you guys paid for, since you already paid the seller.
I didnt notice they mentioned I only had * days to reurn it. Our printer was out of ink and we already had more coming in the mail. It arrived the *rd day and I was unable to print it and get it out in time that day due to work.
Allowing me to return this un worn, non authentic belt, and recieve a full refund. My credit card company has already said they would refund me, I wanted to try and to it through Mercari if theyll allow me though.
I have been using Mercari for just short of * years. Recently Ive been using you guys even more often, and have posted several items for sale. My ratings are great as both a buyer and a seller and have never experienced any issues with you guys until now.
