There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Hello, I had sold my wedding dress on your app and the individual that purchased it felt that it wasn't the right fit. When she had requested it to be returned to me the first time, she didn't return it to me in a timely manner and the dress never came. The money that I was suppose to earn came to the other day through the app. I have spent most of it and sent it to my bank account. She is now requesting a return and I got an email that she will be getting a refund. How is she to get this money when she didn't return it the first time and I got paid for it a few days ago?
