On March *, I received an email from the Mercari team informing me that my merchandise arrived damaged to my client. It was determined that the responsible for the damage was Fedex company. They tell me that I will receive compensation for this, so the question is: what should I do, when will that compensation be seen? Will I receive a notification when this happens? Waiting for your answer, have a good day.
