I ordered a shirt for my job about a week ago. The day my package arrived, I had already left for a two day trip. I was supposed to make it back on time to get my package, view it, and rate the seller, UNTIL all of my connecting flights got canceled and or pushed* I was stuck at the airport for a dandy ** hours. I finally got back home and went to the post office to get the package. The package was fairly small and thin for what I ordered. I opened it and a bright neon bikini bottom fell out of the package. In irritation I opened the app to message the seller. She already had sent me a message telling me that she has give the wrong order to me and gave some other woman my order. By then, the ** hour rate a seller has expired and my payment was released to the seller. I understand we are human and make mistakes, BUT I can't even use this bikini bottom because one, I don't fit a barbie doll size small in Victorias Secret and the color isn't appealing to me. Since my money already went out to them and I clearly got the wrong order and now I can't do anything about it, what AM I supposed to do? This is really frustrating. I just want a FULL refund or the item I ordered. Thank you.
