Good evening,**I'm writing to confer my utter disappointment in your platform. I've placed three orders for iPhone X's* each of which has been promptly cancelled. I do appreciate your having also promptly refunded me. Please pass along, however, my total dissatisfaction to your clients*supervisors*etc. as I'm ready to completely give-up on Mercari.com, and more importantly, to strongly suggest against referring anyone to this site.
