Hello,*I sold Ray Duvert a pair of Airpods for $**. I shipped the product and he received them. He told me one of the ear buds were not working, so he wanted to returned the product. He sent in a request to return them and your company approved it. So I requested to have my Airpods shipped back to me! He told me that he got it to work and he was going to keep the Airpods. I said Ok, what do we need to do to stop the return? He told me to wait * days and It will just cancel itself. Well it's been * days, & I haven't received the MONEY from him. He still has my Airpods & I have no way of messaging him telling me he still OWES ME MONEY! Now in my listings its telling me that my Airpods are Inactive, which they aren't because I DON'T HAVE THEM!! I still have all my email information & his shipping address, I was going to send him an invoice myself or get someone else involved. *I NEED HELP! *Thank you!!
