Hi, so I sold an item on mercari, it was a Keurig. I boxed it up nicely and made sure it was working and cleaned before I ever sent it out. Once the lady received the package she kept asking me questions regarding how it worked. She also said when she got it that it was packaged perfectly, but then she changed her story after a day and said it was packaged horrible. It seemed like she didn't know how to work it and she happened to break it. Over text it was hard to tell if it was her or FedEx, but she somehow got accepted for a refund so she sent it back. I just received the item back and it's completely taken apart and broken, she sent it through USPS which means she was the one who packaged it like that. I would like my receipt from her transaction please, somehow it disappeared from my mercari account.
GetHuman-jaeblue did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
