Hi there!**I sent the below to the help center on **** and was told I would need the escalations team to take over the case, but I haven’t heard back and am getting worried so I’m sending this too.**I received a computer today and it was packaged horribly. Nothing was holding it in place so it shook all around in the very flimsy Coca-Cola box that it was put in. There are dents, scratches, and nicks all around the outside and even one on the inside near the screen. I have more pictures I can send too. When turning on the computer I’m taken to a login screen that is password protected. Wondering if the computer may have been stolen? Either way it is damaged and this is unacceptable. The bottom plate of the laptop hangs off because screws are missing and there wasn’t a charger included as stated.**I’m not sure if the damage to the computer was undisclosed as I specifically asked via direct message if the exterior was in great shape or if it was from the poor packing. Regardless, with the amount of damage to this computer, it isn’t worth anything close to what I paid and I’d like a refund please.**I’m including pictures of the lock screen, the computer wrapped in paper in the original packaging and several of the dents, nicks and scratched to the body of the laptop. I’m so sick over the amount of money I paid this seller.**What do I need to do?**Thanks,*Kimberly
