I can not initiate a return through the app because it says the item is not eligible for return. I purchased a hair straightener that was supposed to be a Tyme iron, but it is not a Tyme iron. It’s some off brand. Additionally, the item is damaged and unusable, although it was supposed to be in “like new” condition. I am not able to unclamp the prongs of the straightener. Since it is not actually a Tyme straightener as advertised, it’s of very cheap quality and when I try to unclamp the prongs, it feels like it will fall apart. I want to return the item for a full refund to include the cost of return shipping. **Item ID m***********
