I purchased a SpongeBob UNO set from SingleMomStudent as a gift. It was advertised as a FULL and COMPLETE set. By the time the giftee opened the set and found out it was NOT full and complete, the Mercari system autorated the seller postively. I was left unable to request a refund*return. The seller was accommodating, but the system wouldn't let her issue a refund. Your terms of service clearly indicate that FALSE ADVERTISING will not be tolerated. This was a clear violation. I respectfully request a full refund for the item and the shipping charges.
