I was trying to resolve an issue with the seller on my order that was shipped to wrong address and she canceled the order. ... Hello I am a first time buyer on Mercari. I found a pair of boots from a seller named cupcake jabber. I purchased the boots but never received them . I was out of town for a few days and did not notice that the seller contacted me and said she sent the boots to the wrong person. She asked if I still wanted them. I replied to her that I was waiting for the boots and I thought it was a weather issue and I did not understand how the boots went to the wrong but that she could reship them if she had the address. (Mercari sent me a note saying I received the boots so I was confused!)*She replied saying she would sell the boots elsewhere and seemed annoyed I did not respond to her note * days ago. She canceled the order. I do not have a smart phone and just got her message today. I am not happy with my first experience with Mercari. The seller should have just sent me a note saying she made a mistake and would ship them asap. I really still want the boots. Can you help me with this? the original item * was m*********** and the fed ex shipping * was ********************. I would like a good first experience with Mercari and would like to know if you can contact seller to resolve this misunderstanding. This was especially frustrating because I wanted the boots for my sister. My dog ate a pair of her boots that were very similar to these and could not find them anywhere else.
Can Mercari contact cupcakejabber and get these boots delivered to me? This turned into a misunderstanding that can be easily resolved. Thank you!
I am a first time Mercari buyer and a novice at online shopping. I did not see notifications sent by seller for a while and she must have thought I was ignoring her. I would like to resolve the matter not get the order canceled.
