I am Kalei Canter, I have an account with Mercari as a buyer. I recently purchased a dell inspiron laptop that said it was in good condition, but was not functional so I requested a return and I was approved. I then asked for an extension on the date the package had to be in transit due to weather in my area and the person I was messaging through the help center of Mercari said they would give me until the **th of January and that the return shipping label was sent to my email. I realized I had never given an email and then saw that it must have been sent to the email my Facebook is attached to (what I used to verify myself on this app) which is no longer active. I need the shipping label sent to my email *****@***.com as soon as possible so that I can make the deadline! My messages with the previous person I was speaking with were cut off for some reason. Thank you for your help!
