(I've tried * of those days to get through to a customer service rep via ***-***-**** and have been kicked out of the queue after waiting every time). The low amount of the sale does not justify the cost of shipping for a return and I'm happy to refund the entire amount without receiving back the product. The buyer has agreed to these terms and has "canceled" their order as instructed by the app to make this refund possible. I have tried every day to refund this amount by hitting the "refund" button then by "mutual agreement with buyer". I then get the "buyer must cancel" message again. Ebay and Amazon have easy ways to refund customers quickly to provide excellent customer service and this can be done without asking the buyer to do anything. I have been very communicative with this buyer but they have not seen any results from me because I have not been able to process their refund which makes me look like a terrible seller and I'm sure my rating from them will reflect that. I will not continue selling with this app if I can't get this resolved this week. There is money in my account I would like $* of it transfered to corrieaarron. Please help me to do this asap.
