I ordered a air fryer *.* L Insignia over a week ago if not longer. I received an email saying that my order had been processed and that my order was in route. Then a few days later I received an email saying that something was wrong with my payment method which is hard to believe due to the money was taken from my account. How do I go about canceling this order and getting my money back? I no longer want to do business with this company.
