I recently purchased and item on Mercari. The item was described as New Never Used. Because of the lighting in the pictures you can’t really tell the actual condition. I received the Eyeshadow palette in the mail today. I opened to inspect it and this item is not New. It has been used. Some colors still had fingerprints in them and the mirror to. I contacted the seller and she claims she never touched it and doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I just came to find out after I rated her that she sold me a complete fake*counterfeit item. My sister has the original palette and I just compared them and the one I received from this seller is a total fake. The writing doesn’t match, the colors don’t match. What can I do?
