I recently sold a Micheal Kors Wallet to ***Carlyn for $**. When she sent the offer, I accepted it that day and shipped it the next day. We had no problems with the sale, until today. The wallet was delivered today and she messaged me saying I had sent her the wrong wallet. I found that strange, so I asked what she had received and why she had thought it was wrong. She said the wallet in the picture was grey and that the wallet I sent her was beige. I then asked if she read the description where I wrote that the wallet is beige because I understand that those neutral*light colors can often get mixed up in photos. She said that there was so description on my wallet when she bought it. I told her that there has always been a description (I don't even think you can't post an item for sale without the description). She then said she can see the description now but is still saying that there was no description when she was buying. I told her that maybe there was a technical difficulty on her end and if she was unsatisfied to please send it back. She ultimately is arguing that the picture is grey and that I never had a description. She also accused me of selling her a "replica," which it is not. I was very cooperative with her complaints, but she said she "is going to take this up with Mercari" so I am as well. I would like to either get paid or get my wallet back, for I sold her exactly what was advertised. Thank you and I appreciate your help!
