YOU BROKE YOUR OWN POLICY!!!! You’re website states funds aren’t released until item arrives and both parties are happy. Well I ordered an item on ******** ($***.**) that still hasn’t arrived and the tracking only states a label was created on ******** *:**pm. The seller takes **hrs or more to respond if she responds. She still hasn’t responded from my last email asking if SHE was able to locate her merchandise over **hrs ago! You’re website wouldn’t allow a cancellation request until last night. Even though it shows a request was made on ******** @ **:**pm.... yet its ******** @ *:**am. And to add more frustration!!!! TODAY my credit card shows $***.** was POSTED to YOU on ********!!! I don’t know what went wrong or happened with this transaction but anything that could go wrong did!! FYI I’ve refuted the charge on my card this morning!! My friend said I could trust this site!! I promised my husband our money was safe in case anything went wrong!!! Thanks a lot as I now have to explain THIS!!!!!
