If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

I sold a make up bundle to a buyer, and made sure before I shipped she knew more of some the items and asked if she still wanted it and she said yes. She for some reason requested a refund once it was delivered and never told me why.. I think she’s just trying to scam and keep the make up and get her money back as well. This don’t fair because I put that she has to ship the make up back and I get no profit from it. I honestly don’t care to have the make up back and would like the **.** back from selling it for **$ to her.. please help
