Hi. Ive been trying to get this issue resolved for * days. I used a coupon i received for listing * items for **$ to get a pair of pants for my child. The seller was inactive and robert, the rep of mercari removed the listing. There was * other pair like them (btw they're vwry htd*) and i asked if he woumd give me the coupon for ** and id pay the difference. Bc i assumed the oants were bought and i already bought a very htf matching top to go w them. This was after the second day that nothing was done abt the problem. He sent me a *$ coupon for my inconvenience and assured me the **$ coupon would be in my account by * days time. Im on the fifth day and after MANY unanswered emails abt this NOTHING has been done. I buy around ***$ a month just on kids clothes. I also sell and buy on posh and had hewrd abt this platform from a matilda jane group and i had planned on moving all my business and otems to mercari. Since rhis has happend im ready to delete my account and lwt everyone lnow how i was done. I realize this is not a huge purchase, but i was promised something and i feel i should bw given it. If mercari cant handle this small issue i dec woyksnt trust them with large purchases. Id appreciate a resolution a.s.a.p. the pair of pants im trying to replace are more than **$ i was more than happy to pay the difference and continue to givw u my bussiness, but this has been absolutely inconvenient and aggravating as anythibg ive dealt with when buying clothes online.
