I sold item M*********** on ********** at **:**am. I have the item in * sizes. I was online at the time and immediately messaged the buyer to ask which size she wanted. I have messaged her, Terry Reese, several times since with no response. It is policy I have until tomorrow to mail. I do not want a Cancellation to show in my review listings because it is no fault of mine. In the future do I need to put a separate listing for each size? (Most people state during their orders that they would Ike item XYZ in Size ABC.) I have tried to avoid this, but if I should do that I gladly will. Please give me directions on how to proceed without getting a negative comment such as one showing I am responsible for the cancellation rather than a non-responsive buyer.
