Hello, my name is Jake. I’ve been a seller on mercari for over a year, with *** transactions and excellent ratings. It’s come to my attention that a package that i have sold, which happens to be my MOST expensive item, has been “lost in transit”. The buyer told me she did not receive the item, although on mercari it was stated the item was delivered. On the usps app, it states the item is in pre shipment. I need full compensation for this item. I have had slight problems with the app before, but this is the worst scenario that has happened to me. If this phone is not located or if I am not compensated fully for my loss, i will have lost $**** for the phone I had intended to sell to the buyer, which, on the app, states was DELIVERED. Please respond ASAP. My item number is m*********** and the item lost is an iphone x. I had shipped it on the day of december **th, ****, during operation hours at my local usps facility.
