Hello,**I cannot get into the Mercari app for ANYTHING. I cannot login, check favorites, message sellers, or check purchase history.*I ordered an Abby Bominalable Monster Doll for $**.** and received a totally different doll!*I cannot get into my account to contact the seller or get the Transaction ID * to correct the problem.*Please help.*Seller is Chely Chely and she has the doll for sale AGAIN, posted and listed!! That's my doll! I cannot contact her through the site for some reason :(*She sent me a black cat Monster Doll called Citty Noir -something or other. NOT the one I ordered and its DIRTY she is running a repeat ad after taking my money!!*I left a message today via phone for Mercari.**Please get back to me* I want this resolved.*No item descriptions are available for each transaction, therefore Paypal would have to freeze them all.**Thanks!
