The issue in GetHuman-elflakod's own words
I purchased an item on the mercari app and it was sent back to the seller so I never got it. Yet it said delivered. When I messaged the seller, she shipped it back and I received it ** days later. Your return policy says * days after Delivered but it was never delivered to me on time so I want to return it and don't know how. The tracking number is https:**tools.usps.com*go*TrackConfirmAction*input?origTrackNum*************************** and you can see it was shipped back to the seller not to me.
GetHuman-elflakod did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
