I tried to cancel this order as it wasn't shipped for * days. The seller marked it sent ** seconds after cancellation and said she already sent it. This has happened to me twice. Customer service is slow and as soon as I cancel they say it's too late. I shouldn't have to get a cancellation approval when they don't have to. There are so many glitches in the policies that make it inconvenient to shop with your site. If the customer service isn't satisfactory I shouldn't have to accept an item then have to go out of my way to return it. Esp. When it's not sent within the * day time allowance.
