I ordered a dress from the seller Jules Cox. The tracking number is ************. I paid for it *****, and it was not sent out until *****. My sister's wedding was yesterday, and the dress finally arrived today, a day too late. I had no dress to wear as a bridesmaid in the wedding. The seller waited too long to ship it, and further, when I opened it today, there are snags in the fabric, which were not mentioned in the listing, so I will not ever be interested in wearing the dress for anything else. I am requesting a refund for this order. Thank you.
