The issue in GetHuman-teciabel's own words
My name is Shetecia Bowie. Email address is *****@***.com.I purchased an iPhone * ***GB GOLD unlocked for ***.** through your website.I purchased his phone *********. Order* M***********.I received my purchase on *****. The seller name is KandMWireless. I'm contacting you because I need to return this item for a full refund due to the iphone can not be programmed according to Apple support team. The model number on this iphone is A**** which was recalled according to the Apple representative. I have placed pictures on file showing this phone and the packaging the charger and earphones was never included in the shipment so I contacted the seller about those items before I found out the phone wouldn't work. I also contacted the seller about the iphone not working and that Apple advised me to return the item to the seller for a full refund. You can find that conversation in my messages to the seller.Due to the deadline that to be able to get refunded for this item I need a response asap.
