I received a poor rating, my first poor rating, and comment that the item I sold them was busted...the buyer did accept it and paid for it but I want to rectify the problem and clear the poor rating. I reached out three times to buyer apologized for the broken item and asked them to send photos so that I can file a claim with carrier and then offer buyer a refund or replace item, buyer has not responded nor has changed poor rating. I have sent Mercari * messages asking for their help they only responded once..with a statement saying to contact buyer(which I already told them I did) Then Mercari said if buyer does not change rating there is nothing else I can do I assure you I packed this item with a tremendous amount materials to avoid this from happeningI*I find this very unfair even though I got paid the negative rating is what really matters to me.
