I requested a return for an item (Baby toys & Theething toys)*The product was sent in a box with an other order, together, both in the same box. But the seller used just * shipping leavel. **When I requested the return Mercari send me a message that say that return is not necessary and that I can discart the product. So I did it. *However later Mercari send me an other message that indicate to send back the product. **While I was procesimg the request of returning, the seller indicated that she shipped the second product (which was already in my possesion). Then I got a message to return the product (Lot of baby toys) **I’m confuse on what to do and I certanly want my money vack because the product was in bad condition. Mercari agreed with me with that fact.
