I purchased a Galaxy note * from a seller on your site named The Designated Spot. Throughout our messages we were very thorough and ask him if he's going to be used in AT&t and it would be no problem at all. Once we received the phone, we put our AT&t SIM card into the phone and started off odd but ended up working but within an hourbir so the one sut down and wouldn't tell back on it say "custom binary blocked bye FRP lock and will not start. We filed a complaint immediately that day and was told they would look into it,we sent pictures but the pictures weren't good enough but I understand we do not have a phone because this phone broke that was supposed to work we went to the AT&t store and and he said the phone was jail broken and was done wrong will you soon as the stolen song that we got sold we are requesting our money back we buy and sell a lot of stuff on your website and we want to continue to be customers cause we love your website but but we were obviously scammed we have a * month old daughter and another on her way he cannot afford to lose the money we lost buying this phone and now we still do not have a phone because you have not gotten any response back would you not do anything..please help us resolve this matter
