I sent out a brand new only worn once Michael kors jacket and I KNOW there was nothing wrong with it when I sent it out. The buyer claims when she wore it and tried to zip it up that the zipper broke and busted and the only thing I can think of was the coat was a little too small for the buyer and she was forcing the zipper. I would hope that you guys would not approve for her to send it back because I know myself would have never sent out anything that was busted. I have a great reviews and am a trusted Mercari seller. I would like to receive the money for the purchase. She has had the coat for over a week now.
