Your company allowed a return on an item I sold and it was returned to an*old address now I’m being told I need to locate the item?!! What kind of **** is this? I have never delt with a more crappy customer service! I don’t know what item the buyer showed your return department but the item sold was the item I posted! Now I don’t have my item or the money! I’m reporting you to the Better Business Bureau if this it’s resolved by *pm tomorrow!!
