Mercari doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mjanm will need to dig through the advice provided by Mercari, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I sold an item on Mercari. The mercari site chose fedex as the ship method. I want to send it by USPS. I cannot seem to change the ship method and I don't know how to contact the customer to tell him the ship method is incorrect. This is my first sale on mercari and I am not findin g it easy to sell on here.
