Yesterday I sold my first item using the Mercari app. I have my paypal set up on the app so that I can receive payments that way. The customer says she used a credit card to make her purchase and that the money has but taken from her account, but nothing is showing up in my paypal account. There’s not even any pending transactions. I don’t want to ship her item until I figure out what’s going on. I checked again today and there’s still no payments from anyone on my paypal. I don’t want my customer to get ripped off if she really did pay. Maybe I set up my paypal payment wrong on the app?? If so, how can I change that info? And if I get it changed, should I cancel the order and have her try buying it again? First time selling on this app and I’m very confused..
