Yesterday, I had a customer who purchased two Halloween Liners, Darning & Button, separately. In my Listings, I offered to bundle to save on the Shipping Charges. In order to do so, I asked that the buyer contact me to let me know what they want to purchase, so I can create a Designated Listing for them* saving them on Shipping. Unfortunately, this customer did not do that. How can rectify the situation? Can she cancel her orders, contact me upon doing so, then I create that Designated Listing for her to purchase, saving her on Shipping? Or do the two orders have to stand as is? Please advise me on this matter as soon as possible* today is Day * of * to ship her purchase. Thank you in advance for your support!
