I have been trying to buy an item for * hours—the transaction keeps getting denied—seller is being so patient—I have stored my credit card info—contacted my credit card company—said they can see where they were contacted to see if I have account—everything go in their end—I have also tried to use Pay Pal and get a message that it is not available for the transaction—I also got a message that there was an error and my info could not be saved—I deleted it and re-entered—transaction still denied—I have been verified and receiving emails—what is going on here??? This is sooo VERY frustrating!!! And tgere’s NO human to speak to....
GetHuman-jzimmel did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
