I am just trying to find out if the item was actually shipped due to me being charged for it and it is showing complete and shipped almost * weeks ago. If I have been charged and the seller is not going to send it I want my money back. I explained this in my problem summary fully. ... I received a notification that the item I purchased from a seller on your website shipped it * days ago. Then I received another notification * days ago to rate them. I have not received the item and have no idea where the item is right now. I would like to either get the contact information for the seller to find out if they have a tracking number or have someone contact him. The item was an "Inspired Rae Dunn Fall Yall Mug, Item ID m*********** * it was purchased ********** **:** PM and was charged for the item. The sellers name is Michael McCoy Jr. https:***u***********. It appears he is new to seller merchandise on your website.
Status is showing complete and I was charged for an item I have not received and already asking to rate the seller.
I would like to know if the item was actually sent since I was charged for it and if not why I was charged and it not sent, if not sent I would like a refund due to not receiving the item I purchased.
I have been a customer for * months and expect good communication from the seller and to receive the items I order and am charged for.
I just found out how to send a personal message to the seller but have had no response as of yet.
