I was trying to disallow Mercari from having access to my personal photo library. ... It was my first day as a Mercari seller. I was snapping pictures of my items to post, when I noticed the "Library" button at the bottom of the screen. I clicked on it, and read that Mercari wants access to my photo library. I assumed that they were referring to the photos I was taking for my postings. So, I clicked "ok" to allow this. However, when I allowed it, my entire PERSONAL photo library opened! I tried to cancel or reverse this, but there was no way to do that. I tried to contact Mercari, but to no avail. I then panicked, and had no choice but to delete my account. **. Why does Mercari want to access my personal photo library?**. Can I re-open my account without allowing Mercari access to my library?**. Why did Mercari disconnect their telephone lines?**. Why won't Mercari respond to me?
I want to reinstate my account and I want to disallow Mercari from having access to my personal library. I also want to speak with a Human, when I need support as I stumble through this process.
