Hi there until the last week ive never had a return request. We normally sell funko pops and go above and beyond in the shipment of these as we put them in protectors and in specific pop boxes we had made. This week ive had two the one specifically with jesusgut**. He responded first with a slight damage "spill" but then refers to he didnt know he already had them. If theres damage to these items they were done by the buyers. Changing your mind while the product is in transit is not the sellers fault, especially to go and damage a product just to return it is a lousy thing to do.
GetHuman-kandjrc did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
