I want to know for what reason a buyer requested an item I sold to her be “returned” and why Mercari approved the return? My listing description was very truthful and I showed clear pictures of my item. This is upsetting because I’ve had many other interested buyers and I feel like she has “held up” and taken time from someone else who would’ve been honestly happy with it. I should be able to see the “reason” for her return and Mercari’s “reason” for accepting it. Thank you
