I have given up on help and tried to delete my account. The site is so bad it will not even let me do that! I will never use it again or recommend to anyone. Communication and customer service are completely inept and sellers are dishonest

The issue in GetHuman-larrysmy's own words
Buy it ... I have tried calling and emailing with no response today. I made a purchase this morning when was later cancelled by the seller claiming the china I biught was already promised to someone. There was no hold on the items and I bought in good faith. I also purchased more of the same pattern later from a different site to complete the set. I am VERY upset about this. I do not want a refund i want the items I purchased. The seller is ChaCha and I bought Johnson Brothers Dream Town china. This is my first experience with your site and frankly not happy. I want this seller to honor the purchase I made as it is not my fault if the items were not on hold. This is not a very honest way of doing business and I feel you ahould make this seller honor my purchase
