I am a new seller on MERCARI and printed a USPS label for shipping before I realized that the item would not fit in the box I had chosen with the shipping label that was printed. I then took the package to the Post Office and they adivsed me that postage couldn't be added to the already printed shipping label that I had printed from MERCARI. At this point, I paid for the shipping again so as not to let the customer be dissapointed. This had been my oversight. I then realized that the tracking number of course would not match, so I sent the buyer a message through Mercari chat and advised her of the new tracking number. My problem is that I cannot find out how to enter the new tracking number into your system and won't be able to get any money from the buyer until I do because you need to verify that it was received by the tracking number. How do I change the tracking number in your system?**Also, how do I get money Direct Deposited to me or is there another way for me to receive payment when something is sold?? Thank you, Dottie
