Mercari doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-gisraeli will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-gisraeli later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
You cancel at anytime by just calling in. You will need to call in immediately or may need to wait for the item to be delivered to return it.

Someone wants to purchase an item from me and this is the first time I'm doing so. Questions:**Do I have to send you the tracking number? How do I do this? Do I need to enter *this on a phone App or can this be done on the website? * *How do I indicate that I've sent the item out via USPS? **My understanding is that if you do not send them the tracking number the transaction may be cancelled. So, you have then sent the item and don't receive payment. People have complained about this on the Facebook page.
