I sold a pair of Dior sunglasses to a buyer who asked for a refund on the *rd day. I have never had any complaints concerning my transactions therefore, I want to know why the buyer requested a refund and why the refund was approved. I received an email for Mercari stating that the buyer requested a refund and another saying it was approved. NO explanation of why! I contacted the buyer, no response. I was apprehensive about selling to this buyer since they had no buying or selling history and had just signed up when they purchased my item. What does Mercari do to protect the seller if the item comes back not in the same condition as I sent it?
