Hi,* I received my billing with account number *********-* under the name of Louella V. Veloro. I just paid this May amounting *k plus for * months bills. But now you sent me again the billing amounting **, ***.** for the month of Apr ** to May ** only? It's not my average consumption... I want you to read my meter to take the correct amount. And I would like to inform you that this time of pandemic you cannot help us instead your giving us more stress..
